Whether I am baking up a delicious treat or creating a mouth-watering meal, I am always happiest in my kitchen.
There were points in my life I would dream about doing it professionally, opening up my own bakery or something along those lines.
But I always would have this fear if I started doing it as a job it would slowly eat away at the joy.
So, instead, I share most of my delicious recipes here on my blog for others to make and enjoy!

Today I am sharing another favourite dessert I love to make, and my family loves to eat, my Chocolate Caramel Almond Squares.
Chocolate Caramel Almond Squares
This Chocolate Caramel Almond Squares recipe is an easy no-bake recipe that everyone will enjoy.
It’s a great recipe to make with the kids, Bella always loves to get in the kitchen and help me.
So, grab the ingredients and make these delicious Chocolate Caramel Almond Squares to enjoy with your family.
What You Will Need:
Squares
- 6 cups of chocolate chips
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows (to melt)
- 1 cup of chopped almonds
- 3 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of caramels (I used square ones chopped into bite-sized pieces)
Garnish
- Mini Marshmallows (handful)
- Almonds chopped (handful)
- Caramels chopped (handful)
Yields: 12 Servings
I mean come on, who could resist this deliciousness?
They have a perfect balance of flavours and textures, and will disappear just as fast as you made them!
Chocolate Caramel Almond Squares
Ingredients
Squares
- 6 cups of chocolate chips
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows (to melt)
- 1 cup of chopped almonds
- 3 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of caramels (I used square ones chopped into bite-sized pieces)
Garnish
- Mini marshmallows (handful)
- Almonds (handful)
- Caramels chopped (handful)
Instructions
- In a glass bowl melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add in the 2 cups of mini marshmallows and melt for an additional 30 seconds.
- At this point, both the chocolate chips and the marshmallows should be melted and easy to stir.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Add in almonds, mini marshmallows and caramels and just mix in.
- Place into an 8x8 pan and garnish with mini marshmallows, caramels and almonds.
- Let set for 25 minutes in the fridge.
