Frozen Greek Yogurt Chocolate Berry Bark is a perfect guilt-free snack when you are craving something sweet!
Fun fact: I think normal yogurt smells like vomit and I can’t eat it.
All of my kids actually like yogurt and they definitely didn’t get that from me as I can’t remember ever liking it.
Making Bella’s lunches is a gag fest if the yogurt I am scooping into her bento box touches my skin or I get a whiff of it LOL!
With that said, I love frozen Greek yogurt.
I enjoy making frozen bars and bark from Greek yogurt and it is something the kids enjoy too.
The combinations are endless and you can truly add any fruit and nuts you enjoy to your bars or bark!

Place your Greek yogurt in a medium-sized bowl.
Next, add in your honey.
Then add in your vanilla and mix until fully combined.
Spread the Greek yogurt out in an even layer onto the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
NOTE: Don’t make your yogurt layer too thin or it will crumble from the weight of the berries.
Place the sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt.
Add the blueberries on top of the yogurt as well.
Sprinkle on the chocolate chips.
You can choose to drizzle your yogurt bark with extra honey at this point if desired.
Place the sheet pan into the freezer to set for at least 3 hours, but overnight would be best.
The longer it has to set, the stronger and easier to break into pieces it will be.
Enjoy this yummy Frozen Greek Yogurt Chocolate Berry Bark treat!
NOTE: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
