Easy Christmas Cake Pops
I’m back with another easy yet beautiful Christmas Cake Pops recipe!
When I say easy, I mean easy folks.
All you need is some store-bought mini cupcakes with icing, chocolate to melt and some crushed candy cane or sprinkles to decorate.
Of course, you will also need a silicone mold and popsicle sticks too, but this is a 3-ingredient recipe that comes together so easily.
I use a long 8 cavity mold, but Amazon also has a 4 cavity mold 2pk that also comes with popsicle sticks which is easier to place in your fridge.

How To Make Christmas Cake Pops
Follow along with the Christmas Cake Pops step-by-step process photos and then find the printable recipe below!
Store-bought mini cupcakes make this recipe extremely easy as you get to skip the step of baking cupcakes and making icing!
So grab everything you will need to make these easy Christmas cake pops and let’s go.
Remove mini cupcakes from their package and place in a bowl.
For this recipe I used vanilla, but you could use any flavour that you want.
If you want a rich option, you can use a pound cake and 1 cup of icing.
Combine the cupcakes including the icing.
This will create a thick mixture that will hold together.
Melt the white chocolate chips and spoon a small amount into each mold.
Scoop the chocolate up the sides until you have a thin layer of chocolate.
These molds are easy to coat, aim to get a thin layer, try not to make the chocolate too thick!
Place in freezer for 5-10 minutes, at this point the chocolate should be firm.
Remove from freezer and place in the cake pop mixture.
You want to fill it just almost to the top.
Try not to overfill it, as it make it hard to place the chocolate on.
Insert the popsicle sticks at this point.
Pour the remainder of the melted chocolate on top and use a spatula, or offset spatula to spread the chocolate.
Place into fridge overnight for 10 hours minimum to set.
Once they are set you can remove them from the molds and decorate with some melted chocolate and crushed candy cane or sprinkles.
I mean, how delicious do they look?
Enjoy your cake pops or gift them to some friends this holiday season!
