This Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe is a nutrient-packed breakfast that is easy to make, delicious, and easily customized with your favourite fruits and toppings.
What You Will Need:
You will need a blender for this recipe. If you don’t own one, you can purchase one from Amazon.ca here or Amazon.com here.
Smoothie
- banana, 1 frozen
- mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.), 1 cup frozen
- dragon fruit cubes, 1 cup frozen
- soy milk, or any milk of your choice, 1 cup
Toppings:
- 3-4 strawberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 kiwi, sliced
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Yields: 2 servings
How To Make The Best Berry Smoothie Bowl

Gather all of the ingredients you will need to make your berry smoothie bowl.
Place the frozen banana into the blender.
Next, add in your frozen mixed red fruits.
Add in your frozen dragon fruit cubes.
Pour in the milk.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
If your smoothie is too thick, add in more milk and blend.
And if it is too runny, add in some ice cubes or more frozen fruit and blend.
While the smoothie is blending, prepare your toppings.
Pour your smoothie into a bowl.
Begin layering your toppings by placing the banana slices around half the bowl.
Next, add your kiwi.
Place the strawberries down in front of the kiwi.
Put your blackberries on top and between the banana and kiwi slices.
Add in your blueberries.
Sprinkle on your pumpkin seeds.
Repeat for the second bowl.
If you do not need a second bowl you can simply cut the recipe in half.

Instructions
- In a blender, place the frozen banana, frozen mixed red fruits, frozen dragon fruit cubes, and milk.

- Wash, peel, and slice your toppings as needed.
