This berry smoothie bowl recipe is a quick, easy, and healthy breakfast! It is thick and creamy, made with 4 ingredients, and packed with antioxidants.
You can easily customize this smoothie bowl by using your favourite fruits, milk or juice, and toppings.
Adding some protein powder to your smoothie bowl helps to balance out the macronutrients and is an excellent opportunity to get in an extra serving of protein!

The Best Berry Smoothie Bowl
This Berry Smoothie Bowl recipe is a nutrient-packed breakfast that is easy to make, delicious, and easily customized with your favourite fruits and toppings.
What You Will Need:
You will need a blender for this recipe. If you don’t own one, you can purchase one from Amazon.ca here or Amazon.com here.
Smoothie
- banana, 1 frozen
- mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.), 1 cup frozen
- dragon fruit cubes, 1 cup frozen
- soy milk, or any milk of your choice, 1 cup
Toppings:
- 3-4 strawberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 kiwi, sliced
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Yields: 2 servings

Place the frozen banana into the blender.

Next, add in your frozen mixed red fruits.

Pour in the milk.

If your smoothie is too thick, add in more milk and blend.
And if it is too runny, add in some ice cubes or more frozen fruit and blend.

Pour your smoothie into a bowl.

Begin layering your toppings by placing the banana slices around half the bowl.

Next, add your kiwi.

The Best Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes
- 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits (berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup soy milk, or any milk of your choice
Toppings:
- 1 banana, sliced
- 3-4 strawberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, place the frozen banana, frozen mixed red fruits, frozen dragon fruit cubes, and milk.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too runny, add some ice cubes or more frozen fruit.
- Wash, peel, and slice your toppings as needed.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and start layering your toppings.
- Enjoy your nutrient-packed breakfast berry smoothie bowl.
Notes
- Add in some protein powder during the blending process to help balance out the macronutrients. It is also an easy way to get in an extra serving of protein!
