Magical Unicorn Easter Eggs
Switch up your regular Easter egg decorating this year for these unbelievably cute unicorn Easter eggs!
These Magical Unicorn Easter Eggs are super easy and fun for everyone to make, even as adults.
Step-By-Step Magical Unicorn Easter Eggs
Follow along below to see the step-by-step process of creating these Magical Unicorn Easter Eggs.
Then you can print off the supply list and instructions for this fun craft at the end of this post.
Gather all the supplies you will need.
Paint the wooden eggs white.
This will take 1-2 coats. Allow the paint to dry completely.
Download the unicorn template and print it out. Cut the template out.
Trace the circle onto gold glitter cardstock and cut it out.
Each circle will create two horns.
Next, cut the circles in half.
Roll the circle up into a horn shape. Secure the horn shape with a bit of hot glue.
Repeat until you have created all of your unicorn horns.
Trace the ear and leaf template onto cardstock.
Next, cut the pieces out and glue the pink inner ear onto the white portion of the ear.
Glue the unicorn horn on the very top of the egg.
Note: the top of the egg is more narrow than the bottom.
Glue an ear on each side of the horn.
Decorate the unicorn egg by gluing on paper flowers and the green leaves that you cut.
Use a pencil to draw on some sassy eyes and lashes.
Once you are happy with the eyes, trace over them with a black paint marker or a black permanent marker.
Your unicorn eggs are finished and quite magical!
Magical Unicorn Easter Eggs
Create some magic this Easter with these adorable Unicorn Easter Eggs.
Materials
- White Paint
- Black Paint Pen or Black Permanent Marker
- Wooden Eggs
- Paint Brush
- Hot Glue
- Paper Flowers
- Gold Glitter Cardstock
- Green, White and Pink Cardstock
- Pencil
Instructions
- Trace the round circle onto gold glitter cardstock. Cut out. Cut the circle in half.
- Roll the circle up into a horn shape. Secure the horn shape with a bit of hot glue.
- Trace the ear and leaf template onto cardstock. Cut the pieces out.
- Glue the pink inner ear onto the white portion of the ear. Set aside.
- Next, glue the unicorn horn on the very top of the egg. (don’t forget that the top of the egg is more narrow than the bottom)
- Glue an ear on each side of the horn.
- Decorate the unicorn egg by gluing on paper flowers and the green leaves that you cut.
- Use a pencil to draw on some sassy eyes and lashes.
- Once you are happy with the eyes, trace over them with a black paint marker or a black permanent marker.
