These Thanksgiving Activities For Kids are the perfect way to occupy the little ones while dinner is cooking.

I don’t know about you, but my kids always get antsy about an hour before the big meal is ready.

The last thing I need when trying to ensure I don’t burn anything is kids running wild, or asking me every 2.5 seconds “when is dinner going to be ready”.

So, every holiday I always have some crafts, printable colouring sheets and activities they can do to keep out of the kitchen, and my hair!

Print out this free Thanksgiving activities for kids package and grab some craft supplies from your local dollar store to keep the little ones occupied while you prepare the feast.

Kids love crafting and this build your own turkey is the perfect craft.

Allow them to colour it, and even offer them some craft feathers from the dollar store to glue on if you want the craft to last longer!

Bella loves to play I-Spy and this is a great sheet that will keep them busy searching and counting for all the Thanksgiving items.

Set out some crayons for them to colour this Thanksgiving picture.

You can either have them draw their meal or you can laminate this sheet and give them some playdough to create their meal out of.

Preserve Your Printables

I laminate all of Bella’s learning sheets so she can use a dry erase marker on them.

This allows them to be used more than once and handed down to my nephew or niece later on.

If you have little ones, a laminator is a great investment!

Amazon is where I bought my laminator, and where I buy all of my laminating pouches.

They have the best deal on laminating pouches, cheaper than Walmart (I checked), so buy them from Amazon if you don’t have any at home!
