Keto Friendly 5 Minute Instant Pot Egg Muffins
Breakfast has never been my forte. Don’t get me wrong, I love breakfast foods, I just am not a wake up and cook type of person.
We all know how important that first meal of the day is. It is the fuel that gets us going!
While I may not eat breakfast daily, I know that my daughters need to.
Over the years I have come up with some hacks, and found products that make the first meal of the day easier in our home.
I do a lot of batch cooking, especially during the school year. Since my girls take the school bus and I don’t drive, there is nothing worse than waking up late and not having time for breakfast.
The summer is a little more laid back, especially since I work from home. I am not rushing out to work or getting the kids to summer camp.
But I know that not everyone lives the same life as we do, and most families have both parents working outside of the home.
So whether you are a work-at-home/stay-at-home mom, or work outside of the home, my 5 minute Instant Pot Egg Muffins are the perfect quick and healthy breakfast.
Did I mention that there is basically ZERO PREP WORK involved?

Oh, and these are all Keto friendly with only 1-2g of Carbs.
Don’t have an Instant Pot? Not to worry, I am also sharing the oven method too!
Watch How Easy It Is
I’m not joking when I say these are easy. They truly thwart any excuse I could make as to why I can’t make breakfast.
Follow along with these easy in-process photos.
All you need is an Instant Pot, water, silicone muffin molds, a trivet, and Burnbrae Farms EGG Creations!
