Like the audio says … I feel like this could be better … meaning my smile. My main concern was my ever widening gap between my upper front teeth. It’s been a source of insecurity for some time now. The second concern was the crowding of my lower teeth.

Today Dr. Zimmerman did his magic and these were on in a flash. We also got away with no turbos (yet 🤞🏼) and my dental anxiety and fears around my sensitive teeth were quickly relieved as it was a painless experience. Porsha kindly warmed up the water used and Dr. Zimmerman used the warm tooth dryer vs the air syringe that shoots out cool air. Totally felt pampered today.

Hot honey chicken thigh sheet pan dinner 🤤🤤🤤

Ingredients:

8-12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Mini potatoes quartered
Broccoli in bite size pieces
Cauliflower in bite size pieces
2-3 carrots in bite size pieces
Other veggies (optional to taste)

Seasoning:

2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp Kinders the blend
2 tsp Kinders garlic & herb with lemon
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Hot Honey:

Buffalo Wild Wings Medium Buffalo
Honey Garlic Sauce (I used great value)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°F

Prepare all of your veggies then place in a mixing bowl. Drizzle over oil of choice, I use avocado oil, and 3/4 of the seasoning mix and toss until well coated. Pour onto sheet pan and spread out into an even layer.

Place chicken thighs into same mixing bowl and add remaining seasoning and mix until coated evenly.

For the hot honey sauce/marinade mix 2 parts of the buffalo sauce to 1 part of the honey garlic sauce and mix until combined. Then taste and add more of either sauce until you get the flavour/heat you are looking for.

Pour 3/4 over the chicken and mix until fully coated. Then place the chicken thighs spread out on top of the veggies on the sheet pan.

Place in oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until your veggies and chicken are fully cooked.

Plate and drizzle some of the remaining hot honey sauce/marinade on top if you wish.
