Dare I say that these Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes are better than normal pancakes?
What the heck, they are seriously so delicious and way better than regular pancakes I have eaten, there I said it!!!
Every time I post a “Keto-friendly” recipe I get asked if I follow the Keto diet.
The answer is still no, and as much as I love Keto-friendly foods, I also really really love carbs guys!
But just because I love carbs doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy and create yummy Keto recipes for those who are dedicated to the Keto diet.
So today I am sharing these delicious Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes
These Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes are so delicious you won’t even know they aren’t carb-filled pancakes!

What You Will Need:
- 120 g almond flour blanched (1 cup)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp stevia extract
- Pinch of salt
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 30 g sugar-free chocolate chips (I used Lilys)
How To Make Keto Chocolate Chip Pancakes:

Gather all of your ingredients.
In a medium bowl add the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, stevia, and salt) whisk until all the ingredients are well combined.
In a separate bowl add the eggs and almond milk.
Whisk for one minute until blended well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and continue whisking for another 30 seconds.
Next, add the chocolate chips and stir them into the batter.
Let the batter sit for 4 minutes to thicken.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/3 cup for each pancake.
Brown on both sides.
Serve your pancakes hot off the grill!
