Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 325℉.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Peel, core and chop apples. Toss in a bowl with lemon juice and set aside.
Combine oil, sugar and vanilla in a bowl, using a KitchenAid or hand mixer.
Add eggs and vanilla yogurt, then mix again.
In a separate bowl, sift flour, then add salt and baking soda.
Add your dry ingredients to wet, half of the amount at a time, mixing until smooth.
Next, add in your apples and walnuts.
Fold in apples and walnuts until fully combined.
Pour into bundt pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, until a skewer inserted, comes out clean.
Allow the cake to fully cool.
Turn onto a plate.
If wanting to top with the cinnamon brown sugar glaze, make that and pour over your cake now.
Cut yourself a slice and enjoy!
