Today marks two full years of being smoke free. I

Today marks two full years of being smoke free.

It’s the first time since being a smoker that I’ve quit and made it a full year, let alone two years without relapsing.

Finding out my dad had stage 4 terminal lung cancer in 2021 and losing him so quickly broke me to my core.

He asked me to quit and while I did it for him, I also did it for my kids, and myself too!

I miss my dad so fucking much every single day and it is still a very big struggle for me emotionally and mentally not having him here anymore.

I’m still not in a good place, I’m still depressed, and tbh I wont ever be my old self ever again … but I know he’s up there so damn proud of me right now.
